SHOP NUMBER TWO ...
Shop Number Two opens on Saturday 7th October 2023 at 9am.
This shop is a bit different, as it's a stand-alone children's books shop, it truly allows me to indulge in a genre of books that as far as I'm concerned is what "it" is all about. Because as I have said before "you get kids interested in books and reading at a young age and you've got readers for life"
Kicking things off on the 7th we have the wonderful Jack Meggitt-Phillips who will be in he new shop from 11am till noontime hosting a creative writing workshop, this includes puppetry, a Q&A and readings from the internationally best selling Beast and the Bethany series. As part of the session children will be given the prompts and inspiration to finish their own short stories. Best suited for ages 7-12.
From noontime till 1pm he will be signing copies of all four books in the series, chatting to customers and otherwise being wonderful
